Andrey Dunaev was appointed as a Head of the Administration of the Istrinskiy municipal district
At October 17, 2014 Andrey Dunaev was appointed as a Head of the Administration of the Istrinskiy municipal district of the Moscow region.
According to the law, the candidate for to fill this post as a chief of the administration of municipal district in Moscow region is determined by the Contest Committee and then approved by votes of the House of Representatives of the district. Andrey Dunaev has successfully passed two stages of the competition and was unanimously approved by the members of the Council of Deputies of the Istrinskiy municipal district.
In his speech, the Head of the Administration Andrey Dunaev marked the development priorities of the district: to fix the housing long queue, which longs from 1976; secure decent working conditions for teachers, and «those individuals who provide our security»; as well as to build roads and to develop «New Palestine» — the tourist cluster near the New Jerusalem Monastery in Istra.
In addition, Andrey Dunaev noted that the administration of the district would «recommend to the cottagers, who reside on the territory of the district, to be registered here. Now, according to various estimates the area hosts more than 350 thousand people (not 119 thousand people — officially estimated resident population), while under summer times this figure rises up to a million people». To develop the conceptual area development program it is important to learn the real figures of inhabitants. The work aimed to reach this goal is being fulfilled.
In final notes Andrey Dunaev stressed that he would like to promote Istrinskiy district as an «outstanding place, the example of such Moscow region’s area where decrees signed by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and program speeches delivered by the Moscow region’s governor Andrey Vorobyov are fully implemented».
